일단은 잘 모르는 실행파일이 DocumentRoot 에 있다면
삭제하는것이 좋겠죠...

위의 파일은 저도 잘 모르겠네요...
(리눅스에서 컴파일한 바이너리인것 같네요..)

그리고 어느 부분에서 위의 명령어를 호출했는지
찾아보는 것이 좋겠군요.

찾아보는 요령은 위의 시간대를 고려해서 access_log
를 찾아봐야 합니다.
아마 PHP 나 PERL 또는 SH 의 스크리트안에서
 실행한것 같네요..
