답변이 늦었습니다.

아래의 error_log 파일의 내용은 에러가 아닙니다.

현재 httpd 실행파일에 문제가 있는것 같군요...

처음부터 다시설치하되...

기본값부터 시작해 보세요....
이게 제일 확실한 방법입니다.
